Information for the Press
Media representatives are welcome to attend all panels. Interpretation into English will be provided.
ACCREDITATIONS
To attend, media representatives must fill out the accreditation form (open to download) and email it by:
21 August 2006 to foreigninfo.uvi@gov.si
The accreditation form will be passed on to the Security and Protection Bureau (Slovene police) for security clearance prior to accreditation. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the media representative as soon as possible. For any questions please contact the Slovene Government PR and Media Office, phone + 386 1 478 26 04.
You will be able to collect your badge of accreditation personally at the accreditation counter. Please have an ID available.
VISAS
Visa requirements must be met before arrival in the Republic of Slovenia. In order to be able to arrive on time, it is advisable to apply for visas at the earliest possible opportunity. Participants requiring entry visas should submit their applications to the nearest diplomatic mission of the Republic of Slovenia.

PRESS CENTER
A press center with all basic amenities (computers, printer, fax, LAN and wireless internet connection) will be open in Hotel Golf on Sunday, 27 August, between 10 am and 9 pm, and on Monday, 28 August, between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm.
ROOM & BOARD
Some rooms for media representatives are reserved at the Jelovica Hotel. Please contact them before 18 August 2006. Should you prefer to make your own booking, please note that Bled is a resort town and the hotel facilities will be limited at the time of the conference due to high season.
